What are you listening to (2010 and up only)

Water should be an important addition as well. You have to treat your kidneys with kindness.

Mr Probz. GREAT, husky voice with this guy. The Schultz remix was a little more "pop" in sound but Probz original version sounded a bit too slow.

I really like these guys. They should let them have the copyright for The Allman Brothers Band. They deserve it.

EDM is not nearly as popular with the 50 and UP crowd.
I was single in the 1990s when this music started to gain in popularity. I liked it instantly.
It is popular with younger people. I love the energy that I get from it. It is quite repetitive so it is great when I am doing something that is repetitive like cleaning stuff on the bench grinder, sanding during bodywork, mowing the lawn, doing prep work in construction, etc.

For me, I always thought of the 90s as "techno" which is a term we don't use anymore. Techno of the 90s was methodical and very German.

For me, what we have now started around 2010 when Americans took techno and changed it into something rejected by German purist techno people. The American scene was changed with people like skrillex and the music got faster and the bass harder, and leaked fast into Europe.

That's why i like the song i posted above called "deuctshland" because it shows the updated scene from Germany now that the older generation has stepped aside.

I don't even use drugs.
I can't with my job but I imagine if you can taste colors then it would be that much more of a party

Amyl and the Sniffers! I was looking for a video of The Descendents doing "I'm Not a Loser" and thought this must be a cover of that song - nope - and I found a really fun new band - best new live act I've seen since the 80s - they put on a great, high-energy show.

That is where the old man in me comes out. Wait, Scratch that.....I never liked superfast type music. My younger brother liked it...the type of rapid beat that is something like 120 beats per minute or faster.
I do not like that....at all.

C'mon Dude, Beatles, Stones, Led Zep, Ramones, Dylan, Fleetwood Mac, even Elvis!
All remastered since 2010! :icon_fU:

I have to tell you I've never been all that fond of either the Stones or Beatles. I can't even name all that I like. Pink Floyd, Creedence, The Eagles, Dire Straits, many others. Many. The Wilson girls. About "the middle 80's" things began to get gloomy. There is damn little past 1990 I can stand to "have on." Every once in awhile a "tune" shows up OK, but damn few.
