[WANTED] 1965 904 automatic transmission

It was just gone through before I put in my a833. Has less than 1000 on rebuild. Stock torque converter is new. Where are you located? Shoot me a price.

Looks like you have a 66 or later transmission. The 1965 transmission has two shifting cables that go inside the case and connect to the floor shifter. Unfortunately, it will not work in a 65 I would have to cut up my floorboard and change my stock shifter.
 
I have a 1965 Valiant slant 6 904, column cable shift automatic I will be pulling out of my car soon. Located in Riverside, CA. Shifts great, needs leak fixed. PM if interested
