I was working through a rear mounted turbo set up a few years ago and sketched up a plan to use one of the sub frame connectors as the pressure side delivery passage. I have since moved on to other projects but I still think a rear mounted turbo has advantages: weight distribution, packaging, removing heat from the engine bay, no muffler back pressure.
