1975 440 short block with new rings and bearings standard bore original pistons with new cross hatching in cylinders. Took a running engine with no ridge and freshened it up. I did not clean the block just a quick refresh. Has 971 oil pan. Was going to use the closed chamber 1963 413 heads 2463200 casting number to have decent compression and they are fresh. Will include factory cast intake of your choice, have almost every year intake. Also valve covers, water pump housing, distributor, and other parts if needed, all for $900 obo, shipping on your dime or I may be able to deliver as I transport cars around the country.

How much piston to cyl. wall clearance ??

Sorry, long day! The cam is still the original, it was an RV engine with less than 25K miles on it. I never got around to changing the cam. It is located in Rockford, Illinois
 
Do you have a cam in the 470 to 500 lift that you could include on a deal. What about an aluminum intake or water pump housing? 2500- 3000 converter?
 
I have several cams I can check to see what they are, and converter's too. No aluminum intakes or housings right now.
