Pretty sure it is this slave unit. Summit racing part number 260-6089. Mine says 0750 on the side of it. That’s the bore size on this unit. Not sure where the adapter that’s mounts to the firewall. Give silver sport transmission a call, they will point you in the right direction. Good guys over there.
