Years ago those were called "chrome modulars" they also used to have them with chrome rim hoop, and gold anodized centers, with black button head allen screws. Those were called "chrome and gold modulars" Of course that was the late 1980s though. I dont think you can get them with the gold anodized center anymore. Like everything though stuff comes back in style again. Here you go, summit racing sells "chrome modulars" I looked it up as that exact description.
