Looks like Mother Nature was the Top Qualifier at the 2020 NHRA Midwest Nationals. The weather only permitted one round of Pro Qualifying, and only for Top Fuel and Funny Car. Both Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle qualifying positions will be filled by current point positions.
Because of this, only Top Fuel and Funny Car will have bonus point awards for qualifying at this event.
Based on this, here is how qualifying bonus points are for the 2020 NHRA Midwest Nationals:
12.5 71dartswinger (FABO)
11.0 Duster79 (FABO)
11.0 R413 (FBBO)
11.0 Back in Time (FABO)
11.0 alsant (FBBO)
11.0 cuda20 (FABO)
11.0 Nick2317 (FBBO)
11.0 stroked340 (FABO)
9.5 ocdart (FABO)
8.5 64BEL (FBBO)
7.0 Budnicks (FBBO)
7.0 memike (FABO)
7.0 SSG Karg (FABO)
1.5 johnnycuda (FABO)
0.0 TT5.9mag (FABO)

We have 15 players for the 7th event of the 2020 NHRA "Pick 'Em game season and 14 different driver combos made up of:
* 6 different Top Fuel drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There could be one head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations if they all survive the opening round.
* 4 different Funny Car drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There could be one head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations if they all survive the opening round.
* 4 different Pro Stock drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There could be one head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations.
* 4 different Pro Stock Motorcycle drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There could be one head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations, both in the upper bracket.

Good luck all!

This event should have been renamed the NHRA 'Crash Nationals'!
Leah Pruett's Top Fuel rail broke in half.
Alexis DeJoria's Funny Car turns into a roadster.
Kenny Delco goes for a wild rollover ride in his Pro Stocker.
And then the weather shuts down Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle eliminations halfway through.
I guess we'll need to wait and see when the remainder of the eliminations will be run before I can post updated points and standings.

The good news this weekend was Camping World coming aboard as a multiyear series title sponsor.
Truth be told, I never did like the taste of Mello Yello.

Competitionplus.com reported a rumor from Nitro Reports that Tony Stewart is buying safety equipment and planning to attend the Frank Hawley Drag Racing School. The end goal may be to climb into a Top Fuel car.
C+ says, "Stewart has ties to the drag racing community and has flirted in the past with the notion of racing a fuel car."
Now there's an attitude I'd like to see in drag racing. All his current NASCAR rides are top-notch.
This could get interesting.

Announcement yesterday on NHRA.com says the remainder of Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle eliminations from the 2020 Midwest Nationals will be contested during qualifying runs next weekend at the Texas FallNationals.

Sorry for being so late posting results. Things are just about as out of order with this game as 2020 has been for all of us.
We had a "blind squirrel" moment at qualifying for the AAA Texas FallNationals as 'ocdart' somehow managed not to overthink his picks and came away with the 'Top Qualifier' title with a very nice total of 31.0 bonus points by picking the #1 qualifiers in Top Fuel, Funny Car Pro Stock Motorcycle, and the #3 qualifier in Pro Stock. Got lucky.
'alsant' (FBBO) and 'Budnicks' (FABO) shared the #2 qualifier spot with 29.5 bonus points each. More great picks!

We hade 15 players for the 8th event of the 2020 NHRA "Pick 'Em game season and 14 different driver combos made up of:
* 4 different Top Fuel drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There was one head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations.
* 5 different Funny Car drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There was one head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations and another in the semi-final round of eliminations.
* 4 different Pro Stock drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups during eliminations
* 5 different Pro Stock Motorcycle drivers with one Round 1 head-to-head matchup

OC I'm confused( nothing new with me ) I don't see any points standing after the Dallas race yet or am I missing something ?

No, you're not missing anything. I should be able to post the "after Dallas" point standings later today.
I'm posting results (Qualifying/Eliminations) separately as I usually do.

His Top Fuel pick won the class. Both his Funny Car and Pro Stock picks lost in the final round of eliminations and his Pro Stock Motorcycle pick lost in the second round of eliminations.
