Thanks, I’m not too bad with a jigsaw. I used a 14tpi wood blade.
Yup, the originals were Masonite (hardboard) and the vinyl was glued to the rough, textured side. I’m going to place a visqueen moisture barrier on the doors before installing these when I get them covered. The original kick panel was just a thick cardboard material so I went ahead and cut those out of Masonite as well.
I’m going to use newer nylon push tab fasteners so I can just drill a hole instead of having to cut several rectangular reverse pennant shapes the original metal clips slid into.
