Here is another new TS160 Enginetech upper cam sprocket:
Notice the timing dots in relation to that elogated hole ( hole one of 3 )
Pretty easy to see that the two upper cam sprockets have different timing dot locations, one tooth off. Even though they are the same part numbers from Engintech.
