Unfortunately this Blue unit looks just like the offshore made units with the fake tall chrome "Top Hat" and long fine thead mount screws. It's on there just for looks, a smaller cheeper part is down on the board inside doing the work, and they fail.
Buy 2 so you have a spare to get you home when the first one fails.
That is pretty much the tell tail sign they are offshore. The old original mopar made ones had the short wider "Top Hat" mounted with short course threaded screws and those were functioning parts mounted to that heat sink to pull the heat out of them.
