So a customer calls me on the phone....

I needed brake springs for my 62. Went into a napa on my way home, counter guy says "we have no listing for anything that far back."
Went home, got on line at napa.com, found what i wanted, copied down the number, went to my local napa, a different one which happened to be a big truck specialist supplier, gave them my number, they ordered them in, had them the same day.
It seems like it is sometimes the customers job to get the parts he wants?
