2 step with a 4 speed

I picked up a car old school build 340 mini stroker W2 heads 4 speed the 2 step appears to be activated by the line lock. Not sure about that just wondering what options. There is already a switch on the clutch pedal used for neutral safety switch.

It needs to work of the clutch pedal.

The human has never been born who can release the line lock twice in a row the same.

It goes on the clutch pedal, and as soon as you move your foot it needs to be off the 2 step.
