Looking at an E body 70 challenger

That’s quite a mismatch. Shame on the bodyshop for not getting the colour right. However, shame on the owner who picked up the car after the door was painted. He/she should never have accepted the keys for it until it was corrected.
So true, its amazing how fast a body shop will turn around and fix something like that.
My wifes car needed repaired from a insurance job, (not her fault) local Chrysler dealer did the repair, blended the paint fine, but there was a spot about 2 sqin on the 1/4 panel that was missed when masked, or the tape blew loose, heavy overspray build up.
Anyways the shop said bring it back on Monday, and we will fix it, I said no the job is not done, call me when it is correct.
They are closed over the weekend, and this was on Friday around closing time.

The rental car company called me later that evening asking why the rental car was not returned, I said call the dealership and ask them why my car is not done.
I got a call early Saturday morning to pick her car up, it was done, and the rental car returned, (the dealership had to pay out of their pocket for extra day car rental).
