Yes I see the 4 reliefs! Intesting...I found what the 2 little jaws at the base of the vice grips do too. Not cutters as the butt against each other...They are A/C hard line crimpers so you can fill the system with the hard copper line and then crimp it off, cut the line and solder the crimp permanently.
