Because your intending to go stock class racing in the NHRA, what does rule book say. Are you allowed to fab up a later spool mount "K" or are an original and DC "K's" the only allowable choices due to rule book?
I doubt that ANY tech person could tell the difference between a Direct Connection k-member or one that was home built. For that matter I know what the differences are. I just never thought that the added material that they used was necessary. It would be easy enough to add them...
