Replacement seat covers?

My wifes employer builds specialized bags for EMS, military, etc... Could be for a piece of equipment, trauma kit, whatever. I have to say I was absolutely amazed at the materials, complexity, and quality workmanship that goes into a small bag that contains nothing but a tourniquet and a pair of gloves. Anyway...
They have experienced production/delivery delays due to back orders in the supply chain, Thread, binding, zipper pulls, one thing after another. Some mfgrs will not substitute lesser grade materials in their products. Others simply cannot. Sooo, they have spent several weeks building samples from old stock materials, bottling hand sanitizer, whatever keeps them doing something 40 hrs per week. The one thing she hasn't done is produce face masks. At one point she thought she might but management found there are plenty of shops doing that.
I personally wouldn't want seat covers, a mattress, or anything else built from whatever materials they could get their hands on, regardless of discounted price. That practice can remain in China.
One more thing... about 8 years ago, the one item for my 67 notchback interior that I didn't buy from Legendary or Year One was the headliner. It came from Ebay in a PUI box. When I pulled it from the box to install it, I found the front bow sleeve a good 2 inches forward from where it belonged. Project came to a screeching halt. Called Legendary and they said about 2 weeks. Called Year One and they had it produced and drop shipped from the mfgr to my front door in 3 days. That was a long time ago and maybe PUI has their chit together today. Good luck
