I just don't get it. Why not just prove your claims or don't get mad when people call bs? There are legitimate engine builders that share info and are very friendly and helpful, and that's their livelihood.

Agreed. All my "dirt road builds" pale in comparison to what most of yall do here, but I'll gladly post up proof of anything I do anytime. I got no problem with it. I don't do it as a rule because I cannot stand a braggart.

It’s not bragging IF you can do it. So if you are doing it, it’s not bragging.

You should be proud of what you can do.

If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

I guess that's true.....but I prefer to be low key as far as splattering pictures everywhere. None of my stuff really qualifies anyway.

Ain't that the truth..
Is there anything that I haven't posted a picture of while giving details of how I did it?...
Rear end? 8 and a quarter? 8 and 3/4? Dana 60? transmission? Rebuilding a stick shift (vertigate, pistol grip, all ball shifter all Hurst with activation switches) or automatic (with stage 2 and stage 3 full manual shift kits) .. The engine? Changing heads a couple times cams a couple times, timing chain, rockers, manual water pump, electric water pump (two kinds).. Sorry I don't own a machine shop... Homemade headliner? (Three years later looks brand new)... New front end with all new bushings pressed in with my Harbor Freight press... LOL.. nitrous-activation switches low pressure switches window switches timing retard heat blankets, air conditioning, clutch tamer...
The funniest part is there are members that are considered gurus that have posted almost zero pictures and definitely zero proof that they really know anyting except for what they read in a magazine...

Who knew posting pictures makes you a guru.

Where I come from, it makes you a bubblegummer. You might try reading something. You might learn you still don’t know what you don’t know.

No, we just know you are full of ****. And that you do NOT study the science of the internal combustion engine, chassis tuning or anything else.

You just bumble along like a tool, being passive aggressive trying to drop **** whenever you can.

And the mods love you.

Teacher pet in 2020.

Hey supermodel. Have you used your nitrous yet or are you just posting photos of it purging through your mood lights?

Just posting photos of it purging through my mood lights... Actually let's not get carried away it was one photo not photos plural...
Actually it was the only thing I had left I could put in as an avatar... what I really wanted to put and it wouldn't take it because it wasn't small enough I guess was a picture of JJ Evans with his chicken delivery hat on from Good times...

I’ll see your 11k, and raise it to 20K.

And some of it was done over 50 years ago.

That F1 dyno sim stuff is some cool **** imo.

those honda's like revs for sure. when i was 16 my 50cc bike (max cc at that age here in the uk) would rev to 13,000rpm, yes 13k. my buddy had a 125 twin that had a stock redline of 12,000 but would rev to 15,000. both were 'over the counter' road bikes.
neil.
