I'm not sure if this is still true but my friend bent his frame on his F350 srw while towing a fifth wheel while camping, after that he never could open the passenger rear door without some serious binding. This video shows how bad they twist. It doesn't show how reliable the trucks are but it does show how well the frames twist and bend the cab.
