Stitching a leather cover on a 69 rallye steering wheel.

The Wheelskins kit (Leather Steering Wheel Covers Manufacturer and Distributor) does a great job.
I used one on the steering wheel in my old '97 Dodge Ram and was very satisfied with it. Just check out their size chart and order the kit appropriate for your wheel.
