The incision from my Vertiflex install. 4 staples, 4 internal stitches. Going shopping with the boss today, want to see how I feel after doing some walking.

I can surely relate.. Godspeed on your recovery!

I just peeled all of mine off after 6 weeks of being wrapped up.
I had emergency surgery to reattach all the tendons in my left arm.
Now I have to relearn how to use it and my guitars are getting dusty....

Have to ask...how in the hell did you tear all the tendons off? I tore one of my left bicep tendons. More like shredded it down to there was 2-3 fibers holding it. Am left handed, spent close to 13 years in the Post Office unloading letter trays from a cage so mine was simple over use. But it was only one tendon. Never forget the feeling I had when I was putting my belt on a few weeks prior to shoulder surgery...that is when I felt some tearing. But all of the tendons....that most have hurt like a sumuvabeech. Any guess on how long rehab will be? Please take your time getting back up to speed. Neighbor tore his Achilles. Had it repaired, was cleared to return to work providing he wore this funky looking brace. Brace made Dave uncomfortable so he never wore it. Repair lasted about a month before he popped the Achilles a second time.

I got crushed in a Press working with another guy (another story)
I've been doing Occupational Therapy for 2 weeks. I can't make a fist or open my hand all the way...
Long way to go I guess.

She-it that don't look bad.
You should enjoy hemorrhoid surgery X 2, that's a real pain in the ***.

I had two aliens that were going to pop out so the skin doc out of abundance of caution removed them. Skin cancer is a real concern down here.one on the right was last Tuesday.

Had my surgery follow up. Staples are out. Therapy starts the beginning of December. Only pain I am feeling still is the surgical pain, which is getting slightly less every day. For the first time at least half a decade I voluntarily walked up some stairs. That used to hurt like a sumuvabeech. My legs felt like they were on fire but the pain in my back did not get worse.

I lived in Mesa for 15 years. A lot of that time was spent commuting on motorcycle. I wore a full face helmet and sun glasses. On both side s of my cheeks, in the small exposed area below the glasses and above the helmet bar I have had skin cancer froze/cut several times. Also had to have a sizable chunk of the skin on my left arm removed. Effed up one of my Tattoos. Skin cancer sucks.
