I bought a 69 GTS and a brand new carpet
came with it in a box. ACC from the old days
super great quality but it was marked in magic market b body 4 speed. I ended up
buying a new ACC carpet (piss poor quality)
so now I have this one. But no markings on box or carpet??

The shape of the shifter hump would be one way and by the looks of the carpet it’s for a B body

Don't think there's any difference in the loop. Did you look into the #'s on the box? ACC would have part# on box

the shape the hump molded in the carpet says B body it has nothing to do with the loop

there is plenty of difference in loop from the old days till now. Fiber count went Wayyyyyyyyy down probably about 10 oz per yard, But you can get a bit better loop if you call directly and order the 600 series (looks more original) or the 500 series which looks like it has "rows" or "cornrows" if that gives you a better idea of loop differences (yes they will send samples to you and you should ask them too). Both will still be weaved with the lesser amount of loop than before ACC bought out 90% of molded carpet makers and the 15-20oz jute is a joke. pretty much fuzzy felt in thickness, We use the 40 oz to back the sewn carpets we make for the lincolns this is 600 series , cut pile is regular cutpile or the better Essex (you pay for it, but it is NICE.)
