Dude wants $21k for this '35 Dodge 'project': 1935 Dodge Du6 | eBay

Gotta be Barret Jackson effect

Guess I'll watch it - if he can get anywhere near that, maybe I can get more than I thought for my '26 'project' car I need out of the garage :)

"Mainly used for weekend drives" No it's not, it's a stationary piece of ****.

Oh!

But another 60k or so and we all would be smiling!

Honestly looks like like a very good start to awesomeness! JMO!

How many us own one of these!

Car looks pretty complete and just needs a lot of love! Imagine the results!

But another 60k or so and we all would be smiling!

Daddy had one before I was a glint in his eye and VERY shortly after I was born. His was a 35 Dodge 4 door sedan. He and his cousin were coming back to Macon from a fishing trip to Florida. They saw the car sittin on the side of the road. Shortly after that, they picked up the driver. The car had slung a rod. The guy who owned the car was tired of it and Daddy expressed interest. He signed it over to him free and clear.....literally free. Daddy found a little later model Plymouth engine and had that put in it and drove it for years. That's a cool car, but not that damn cool.

That’s a cool car, but I wouldn’t go much over 500 bucks. It would make a bad *** rat rod.

These beauties do not grow on trees anymore!

Like said seems like a mostly complete car that needs lots of love!

Having started with a '46 Dodge pickup in much better shape, $60k isn't enough to get to where everyone's smiling (except the check writer, who smiles through the tears ;-)) But I'd love a '35-'37 Dodge coupe some day...cuz I'm that kind of dumb ;-) (actually, I'd rather find one somebody else built, at this point, but every time I see one, it's got a SBC, LS, or SBF under the hood)
