Which Hemi head??

I am in the process of building a 1968 Dart to SS/AH CHASSIS specs, I will not run this class but want to build the chassis close to the specs. I am building a 605 Hemi, Keith black aluminum block, 60mm raised camshaft. I am shooting to make upwards to 1000 to 1100 hp. I am trying to decide which Hemi head would work the best for my combo. I have seen the Indy legend IRA heads and the FHO (For Hemis Only) Stage V hemi heads. Indy's hemi IRA head is what was recommended to me for a heavier car, apparently it makes more torque than the IRA6 head they offer, they said the IRA6 head is more for a lighter car. FHO's Stage V big valve head is similar to Indy's IRA head, flows a little more CFM, then there is the Millenium 2000 head FHO offers, where I hear flows massive amounts of CFM. I don't want to over kill the engine with TOO big a head for what I want to do, but I also want a head that is going perform strong. I'd like to turn E.T.'s of 5.40's in the 1/8th, 8.50's in the quarter. any input or suggestions?

Thanks y'all!
