Fixed my truck this evening. Winterized it last week, and had overheating issues ever since. After a new cap, thermostat, upper radiator hose, and radiator, problem solved. Thought I might have to replace the bypass hose, but didn't have to. I'm taking it back. $15 for a molded hose with a 90, is nuts.
