It looks very restorable to me. To part out all the structural metal takes a lot of time and energy. Then the problem of people wanting big parts and changing their mind when they find out how much it costs to ship. I have seen sales plummet and I suspect it is Covid-19. People aren't buying parts when it means food on the table or paying the rent or mortgage. I assume it would be a good deal for you. Just get it and go from there.
