Of course you can only tell so much from photos, but damned that looks like a nice car. You could spend a lot of time and money working on a car with less potential, just to get it where this one is. If you buy it I think I have a 72 green steering wheel.
If you want more power you can do a lot with simple bolt ons to wake that 318 up. you already have the dual exhaust. Post an underhood shot if you can
