We use this when we smoke ribs now.. When its time to wrap them dump as little or as much as you want in the foil, let it steam and Mmmmm nice pecan flavor.. Note, I did add to much once and it was almost overwhelming flavor, so now I dont drink so much while I smoke meat...:lol:
