Subframe Connectors

In the first picture you can see where I just filleted out a piece of the four foot stock...
And the last picture and saved how I made three little cuts and open up a window leading into the rear subframe. I welded that all the way back around and that little hole or you can see the bar slit into.
On the second picture you can see the front that I filleted and fits right up against and underneath the front frame piece... Of course I pulled that up tight before I welded the back. I just used my Jack to push it up into slice and make my first tack welds to hold it in place...
This last picture is just a close up shot of that second picture where you can see how I simply took three little cuts and made a little window for the frame connector to go inside..
Well crap now it's the first picture LOL technical difficulty but you get the point...

Thanks for that. I like how you attached them at the front. Still a bit unclear about the rear. Can you post some finished pictures?
