Hey all!
thought I’d post my progress now, better late than never. I know a lot of the purists may not be a fan of a few changes I’ve made along the way but I welcome any and all feedback and hope to learn from it!
I began this restoration in June of 2020.
Purchased this car from a lovely woman who was selling it, it belonged to her late father. I thought when we spoke he had been working on it for a lifetime but the previous owner sold it to him in 2018(he never completed transfer so her information was still filled in with seller). What I also didn’t learn until recently was that the engine had some overheating issues, which I should’ve put two and two together with the aftermarket water temp gauge installed. Nevertheless happy with my purchase and the journey!
car was plum crazy purple when I purchased with the majority of trim being painted black; prior to that green and originally blue...
