I only know Roku TVs and boxes and DSL networking.
First you get your wifi network set up by logging into your router and configuring it. You can also hardwire the network with CAT6 cable, way more reliable but a hassle running cabling.
Each TV gets an internet connection (unique IP address) from your internal wifi network.
Then each TV can stream whatever you choose. There are limits imposed on the number of simultaneous devices that can stream that can be overcome with $, and your bandwidth is a limiting factor too.
