Thanks Rob..... I wish I could run long tube headers, but with 4wd its not gonna happen. And thanks for the tip on ignition.
No long tube headers for the truck, OK, just run the pan out the best you can then, it’ll do!

The hot ignition tip? It works in conjunction with air and fuel, it is really to run as much advance as you can so long as I shows improvement then limit the timing to approximately 34*’s which would is not in stone. The advance curve should come in as quick as the engine can handle in the vehicle it is in doing he job that needs to be done, drag, off roading, mileage...etc...

Add a high energy, multi spark ignition for best low rpm performance and mileage, try wider and wider plug gaps on your favorite spark plug (start with the stock heat range n what ever manufacturer your using) until it starts missing, then back up .005. Re-tune carb or readjust the FI to maintain a proper balance.

This can be verified via, a dyno tune, drag strip performance or long mileage testing trips.
