OK "free lubricate the valve guides" I have not heard that before.
Please enlighten me
Well you got one of my voice command blurbs where I didn't go back and read it properly. But what I meant was re lubricate not free lubricate...
While they were in the machine shop having all the machine services checked for trueness, pressure check the valves, check spring heights and spring rates, The Machinist said while they were disassembled after five years on the shelf the lubricant on the shaft of the valve inside the valve guide had dried up a little bit and he re lubricated them... he said since he had them apart it was no big deal and the charge for everything was $95 what I felt was extremely reasonable..
Now if your true intention was to really catch me not knowing what I was talking about, good try...
