Have Cordoba's really hit these prices ?

Looking through marketplace as usual, and I noticed Chrysler Cordoba's of the later 70's are being priced between 4500 - 8000 for ones in nice condition. And, they are asking 1500-3000 for ones in poor condition. My My, never thought I'd see the day..... Forgotten B-bodies making a splash.....
