That’s sure looks like a Manitoba plate on that vic only in Manitoba I tell u. Once saw a carpenter who did some work for a guy the guy never payed him. Carpenter put 36x96” plywood sides on his truck put the guys full name address how much he owed and for how long. Drove around town with it doing his business. After about a week the signs were gone I asked carpenter if he got payment. He oh ya in full including taxes :thumbsup:
