Call me crazy, but I am strongly considering swapping my ‘68 dart’s 833 to a 727. It has a 340 (416 stroker), about 515 HP. Los Angeles traffic, plus my wife not being as confident driving the 4 speed, and I want her to be more comfortable driving it.
I’m trying to come up with a parts list, I have searched around and found some info, but most everyone is doing the opposite swap. This is why I have so far:
727 trans/converter/cooler, looking at a kit such as
111138P1 from Summit or JEGS but I am also considering buying these parts separately.

Neutral safety switch
Floor shifter
Kickdown linkage (Lokar probably)
Driveshaft - 833 is shorter so I’ll need to modify or get a new driveshaft, right?
What am I missing?
