I have a tuff wheel and horn kit it needs clean up and repaint on spokes 110. Plus the ride in Crossville tn

ok, Thanks. I've never seen an original in person. Are the originals the molded foam ring too?
 
That looks like a Grant repro.

They had that raised line on the face.
 
uh, Grant...?

Most "foamy" Grant wheels had that raised line on the face.
