That'll work but there's a MUCH easier way. Get everything ready, remove the gas cap and put your air blower in the fuel fill with a rag around it sealing it best you can. GENTLY let in a small amount of air and back off. Do this several times and you will eventually fill the carburetor bowls. If you have an adjustable regulator on your compressor you can turn it down to like 5 PSI and you won't have to regulate it yourself.
