I bought and painted these for my 68 Dart 340 . Now I found and bought the correct covers. Can anyone tell me what year these are? I'm thinking 1967 273 covers? Just want to post correctly when I post in classified section.
Thanks

I thought the 340 was the only one with the heat shield for the wiring,

I thought 68 & 69 340's were the same, but then I was told '69 only had the alternator wire tab on the front of the passenger side valve cover.

Those are 69 340. Tall loom on drivers side to clear 4bbl carb. Pass side had the cupped loom for alternator, coolant and horn relay wires. 68 had the wire looms on top in the middle of the valve covers.
KD I may be interested in those.

My 68 original 340 has the tabs on the front passenger side gor the alternator

I have a set of 70 and 71 340 valve covers. No stove pipe on them but they do have the tabs for the alternator wires.

Yeah, those are valve covers.
