I had a real nice wood handled utility knife on the job one day, and a guy kept making jokes about stealing it. Somehow I lost it when we were building scaffold, and I thought maybe he did find it and take it. I was just about to ask him if he'd seen it when I spotted it clipped onto an X brace below us. It miraculously caught itself upon falling out of my pocket.
Bought brand new Kline needle nose pliers had them 1 day and gone had a giant attitude but said nothing. The next weekend was washing engine in dart saw the jammed between rad cradle and overflow tank. Glad I kept mouth shut.
