We signed the papers yesterday!

Shop finished, and already is full, LOL! Got the travel trailer in, the Demon, Dart, My Ram, her Durango, my dads flat bed trailer, and the lawn equipment. We use the two car door for our garage. Still have a bunch of stuff to sift through to get sorted. I've already figured it's about $4K in material for my loft construction. I just need an engineer for the plans I want. Also, we signed for a solar installation. 18KW, 54 panels, 94% Utility offset. PUD has approved our plan, now just waiting on permits...AGAIN...
