Bulb burned out twice. Second time it is a little burned at the connector. Anybody had this problem? Wires seem to be in good shape. Any Advise-Thanks

Has it had some higher wattage bulbs put in? Have you checked online for any TSBs?

Our '17 Ram trucks do that quite often. We keep spare headlight harnesses in stock. The connection at the bulb gets loose and burns up the plug. It's a piss pour design. It is so common on the Rams that the harnesses were on back order for months.

Terminal grease. After the first bulb replacement the connector is loosesned. Then arcing starts, heat builds, more arcing.
If terminals get greased,no air,no arc, no heat.
Go figure, the headlamp terminals in my 70 year old truck were perfect. Sadly, the wiring disintegrated.
