Have a 67’ barracuda notchback with bench seats currently, but really like the 69 seats because they have the head rest, and cutout for more room in backseat.

Will 69’ seats and 69’ brackets work in my car? As well as the rear seats?

there is no difference in rear seats in the fastback and notchback version of 67 or 69 ya?

The seats will bolt right in with the 69 brackets. You can also get the 69 pattern for the rear seat if you want to match your 69 fronts.

awesome! So just to confirm 69’ front bucket and rear bench and 69 brackets seats will by right into my 67’?

thanks!

Different widths I believe between all 3 body styles.

so you don’t think the 69 fastback rear seat will fit in my 67 notchback. I can weld up brackets and make them work but if it’s to wide that could be a problem. Have to get new foam and upholstery anyways so I guess that could be changed to haha

Wait, I thought you had the rear seat from your notch. No, the notchback and fastback rear seat are 2 different assemblies.

okay I’ll try to take the bracket from 67 rear and weld on the 69’ seat than I think.

Yes different widths. Not sure on mounting points. I have a rear notch seat but its buried in the shed right now.

I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but you now know the rear won't work. It's MUCH easier just to find the right seat.
Don't know why you even asked your question if you're just going to go ahead and butcher good seats up regardless of whether they'll fit or not. :(

Ideally I want the matching rear seat for the 69 bucket seats. I like that the 69’ seats fold and have an emblem in the center. Once they arrive I’ll come up with something, if they are to far off from fitting, I’ll have 69’ front seat and 67’ rear seat, not ideal for me

You know you could buy the matching rear 69 seat cover from a vendor like Legendary, take it to a local upholstery shop with your 67 rear seat and have them massage it enough for it to fit. Just thinking out loud.
