Mag tester
Jet washer
Sunnen hone
Seat and guide machine, kwikway, peterson.
Stone setup for valve seat.
Rod hone
Valve grinder/facer
Line hone
Crank grinder

Some stuff you can farm out, cranks and balancing..but you wanna be setup to do the rest.
