How about just the bottom piece and have it come up and lip over the bracket itself. Only half the height increase and half the material. You really don't want the mount to lift more than 1/4.

Mount holes are slotted in the K frame to get it to sit level.

Memike, I checked rockauto and it shows the same rubber motor mount is used from 1964-1972 all small block V8 A body. If your still interested PM me and we can go from there. If these fit well on the early A's I will start a new thread that encompasses these years as well.
