Have any of you guys figured out how to get those stuck spray bombs working again?

I've tried soaking them in laquer thinner, no luck. I got mad and threw all my rustoleum brand sprays away.

I've never had a problem with the blue spray tips that come on the engine spray enamels. I look for paints that use those sprayers now.

If you're talking plugged nozzles, I keep a supply of extra nozzles soaking in a tin of laquer thinner. When a nozzle plugs, I grab one out of the tin, blow it out, pop it on the can and keep spraying.

Say a lot of swear words, then go to Home Depot and buy another one....

I have found this process to be very reliable.....

Always buy 2 while you're there. Just sayin'.
My most colorful language always occurs about 5 minutes after I get home from the store.

This is what I have used. Any contact cleaner I'm sure would work.
I pull the nozzle off after painting and clean it right then for best results, but
I have been able to clean nozzles that the paint had already dried in them.
A word of caution would be to wear safety glasses when doing so as the contact
spray can back up and get you in the face...

After using spray paint, remove the nozzle and spray some carb cleaner through it. Then hit the hole in the top of the can with a quick shot. Next time you go to use it there will be no issues. This works way better than turning the can upside down to clear.

good ideas...all i ever did was invert and spray when done.I'll try and clean properly after each use from now on.
tx guys!

When finished hold the can upside down and spray until nothing comes out. Clears any paint out for the next time.

I have bought new cans of higher $ cans that never would spray the first time!!
It is either a $5 can or I get material at the pro auto paint store.
Yes, turn it upside down and spray a second or two,

Exactly!

I also keep a few extra handy, if they're still spraying well I take the blue ones that use a fan pattern off the can and put them in a drawer. I like those better anyway so if a can has a spot pattern nozzle I change them out depending on what I'm doing.
