Last ones I bought were from HF. They were some type of woven material, some type of cloth or burlap or hemp soaked in something that made them damp (slightly wet). They didn't make me itch and they lasted a long time (years) until they eventually started to dry out and catch on fire (smolder). They were cheap, lasted a long time and were not fiberglass!!:steering::steering::steering::steering:
