Like the title says, any thoughts on using the A Body specific electric fuel pump/sending unit from Holley. Anyone actually using it? Do you have to use it with the sniper unit? How about using it with FiTech. I Can’t seem to post a link to it on my phone. I think it might have been @AndyF who mentioned it on a fuel injection thread.

Im thinking about using one on my next build. Should work fine on any FI system as long as the pump provides enough flow.

If you are referring to this one: Holley 255 LPH OE Style EFI Fuel Tank Modules part # 12-319 then I just installed one with my Sniper EFI build. It installed very easily in the stock tank. Wiring is four wires. Pump has regulator so I am getting right around 60 psi to the Sniper throttle body. Seems to work great, but I just finished install and only have about 20 miles so far. I prefer it to the external pumps, this one is quiet, only hear it when ignition is in run position to prime before starting. My fuel level gauge is not working great, but I suspect it is the guage and not the sending unit (haven't had time to check what ohms are being sent yet).

Edit: and it is returnless, only one fuel line needed which is easier (I ran Earls fuel line and removed original hard line).

I'm using one with my holley sniper. Ive put about 1,500 miles on it and it works great. I capped the return fitting off on my sniper and reused the factory hardline to supply the sniper. The fuel gaige isn't accurate. It reads empty at half a tank and reads full at a full tank.

Bet its a 255 type walbro pump , used on a bunch of fuel inj. systems .

You are correct. That makes it easily serviceable in the future!

I did a bunch of research when I thot my external fast 2.0 pump might have been bad . It wasn`t . I cant hear it after the engine starts either---------

Talked to Holley tech yesterday about it, the nice thing is being self regulated there is no return line used.

Any of you guys wire in a rollover/inertia switch to kill the pump?

FYI that intake pump is on sale now as are all the supporting Sniper EFI stuff. The EFI unit its self is not.

On the same note, Tanks Inc has a internal fuel pump kit that you add to your original tank. You keep your original sender that had the more or less correct readings. Thoughts on this add on?
