Who produces a SBM aluminum water pump pulley that has a small diameter like around 5 inches? All I can find are pulleys that are over 6 inches.
I want to be able to overdrive the water pump.

some of the factory trucks run the smaller upper pully with a/c but not alum.

This is the one I plan on using... i can take measurements when I get home to see if it’s smaller than 6, it’s a factory steel single groove.

It was on my 383 when I got it and there are no numbers on it. I’m switching to a small block and I just tried this one out for size and it’s working with my hillbilly setup that I’m trying to get working!!!

I know @oldkimmer had some pulleys and so did @RAT ROD AL ... not sure if they can be of any help with your search.

CVF Make a larger diameter crank pulley if that is an option? But its 2V.

69-down and 70- up Water pump pulleys are different as are B/RB..

Other than OE the only system I’ve found that actually overdrives the water pump is the March Performance serpentine system. I had CVF hook me up with some pulleys that are about 3% overdriven but I want to be 10% or more and that March system is the only one I’ve found.

That is where the problem lies.
I trying to run an aluminum 3 groove I got from March on a pre 70 setup.
I think I can make it work with some tweeking.
I need to overdrive the water pump for the A/C.

That pulley is way to shallow to run with my factory pre 70 LA brackets.

It is...It's actually a 5.2 Magnum, I put a pre-70's timing and water pump cover so I could have my rad. hose exit on the drivers side because the 383 is set up like that and had just bought a new Radiator.

I appreciate our trying something new. The gathering of parts to make your way. I like to watch to see if I did it right. But the belt surface area on your crankshaft pulley seems insufficient for "all" of your accessories (WP, PS, AC and ALT). Of course I do not know your final application.

The Alt is ran off of the AC... It's the same principle as a serpentine setup.

I can run it a different way, AC runs off of crank and the other belt runs Alt, PS and WP... if this doesn't work once installed.

The other way the AC is mounted up high and makes the motor look like a Farm All Tractor!!!

That does not look like the crank pulley has enough wrap around.

Looks like it only has 1/8 of a wrap, sure look to me like it is going to squeal.

The AC and PS are high power draw accessories.

Typically I have seen the AC have a dedicated belt or belts and the alt water pump on another belt and the PS on a third belt.

Just my opinion!
