WANTED: Looking for a WANTED: Looking for a 340 or 360 block & heads. Prefer 2.02 valves. Will consider 1.88 if price is right. No junk, no cracks. Get rid of that old engine today. If you have just 340 or 360 heads only, let me know your asking price. Orig. owner rebuilding this bad boy. Thanks for the help.

I have 360 and 5.2 and 5.9 blocks. The only heads I would get rid of are a couple sets of magnum heads. I'm in Peoria.
Some blocks are already sonic tested.

I just sold a 71 340 block and heads in Rockford, IL. I do have a 360 short block and heads plus a set of "J" heads still.

Just my 2 cents, buy 1.88 heads and have a fresh throat cut put on them to get your 2.02 valves. They flow better with the fresh throat cut than the OEM stuff.

No whoever installed this 360 did. This 64 Valiant was used as a drag car at some point. So no telling what all is done to this 360.

I already PM'ed him back before Christmas as I am interested in the 360 converter he has advertised with his trans in another ad and he said he would get back to me after the holidays....

Still waiting for him to get back to me....

I have many sets of 340/360 heads... Some off of engines that need to be done, and some complete and ready to bolt on with with hardened seats, ported, and fresh valve jobs, 2.02"/1.06" ready to go from my head guy near Detroit...

The ball is in his court, I don't want to be a bother to him if he's not interested... If he wants to work out a trade with me, I'm here...
