Hello everyone,
Thank you for the advice and the time you took searching. I still had no luck on a schematic with the harness so i have been going through everything one by one and wiring it up. More to come as i have a ways to go yet. Will post pics. I apologize on the delayed response, christmas got in the way of progress :)

Bear in mind that many/ most of these leave Mopars out altogether. If you have a fairly stock system, IE let's say you run a 70/ later Mopar regulator. There will not be wiring in there for the green VR to alternator wire. Likewise, the thing likely does not do or say anything about the brown IGN2 that goes from a Mopar ignition switch to the coil + side of the ballast. Another "drop" is usually neutral safety switch wiring

I hope you've downloaded a service manual for the car. You have started doing just what I'd do......go through one circuit at a time and figure it out. Be CERTAIN you don't end up with critical circuits overloaded, EG one example is headlights. You don't want to be truckin' down the road at night and have a fuse end your "headlights experience"
